How long does delivery take?

Each transfer is printed to order before dispatch. Current processing and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Everything is printed to order, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please check the size guide before ordering. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we’ll put it right.

What transfer size should I choose?

Check our size guide before ordering and choose from the available pocket, 19cm and adult options to suit your garment and placement.

Do I need to supply a file or check print quality?

Our ready-to-press designs are supplied by us, so you do not need to upload artwork. Colours can vary slightly between screens and the finished print.

How do I press and care for my transfer?

Follow the pressing instructions supplied with your transfer and check your garment is suitable for heat pressing. Once applied, follow the recommended washing and care guidance.
